2. Account Registration & Verification

Accurate and truthful information is required to register an account on cv999 dino. Accounts created with false information will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.

Registration requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• The phone number or email provided at registration must be verified.
• Accounts are for personal use only — transferring to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their passwords confidential.

KYC verification process:

Cv999 dino follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to ensure security. The following documents may be required prior to withdrawal or upon exceeding certain limits:

• National ID (NID) or passport photo
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership

3. Payment & Transaction Policy

Cv999 dino supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important transaction terms:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

General betting conditions:

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50, and the maximum limit varies by event.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• If a technical error generates abnormal odds, cv999 dino reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any evidence of match-fixing or use of insider information will result in bet cancellation and account closure.

Lottery Rules:

• Lottery results are entirely random and determined by the system.
• Lottery tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased.
• Prizes not claimed within 30 days of announcement will be forfeited.

6. Prohibited Activities

Cv999 dino operates as a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple accounts: Holding more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit the system in order to abuse bonus offers.
• Arbitrage betting: Strategic betting against the platform to guarantee a profit.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Hacking or cyber attacks: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Underage accounts: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18 years of age.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

8. Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Contact our support team and the process will be completed within 48 hours. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Reasons cv999 dino may close an account:

• Involvement in Prohibited Activities
• Providing false information or failing KYC verification
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Legal or regulatory requirements

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee may apply after 12 months. You will be notified by email before your balance reaches zero.
